Membership Terms and Conditions:

Placing Payments on Hold
Permanent members can pause payments for up to 3 months, twice a year, with an administration fee equal to one week’s payment per hold. This is only for unforeseen situations like injury, illness, or for extended travel. Permanent memberships are meant for ‘ongoing payments’.

Frequent pauses may require switching to a more flexible option, like a Casual Concession membership that charges per class attended.

Payment Dishonor Fee Apply:
Members are responsible for maintaining sufficient funds in their accounts by the payment deadline. If funds are insufficient, the payment will be dishonored, and an administration fee of $10.00 will be requested for each subsequent attempt to collect payment.

Cancellation Policy:

We do not charge any annual administration or initial joining fees, and there is no long-term contract required to get started. For permanent memberships, we only require two (2) weeks’ notice for cancellations, or a fee equivalent to two weeks’ membership fees will incur for sudden cancellations without notice.  

Availability:
Some popular classes may have limited availability, we highly recommend that members book their classes online in advance to secure their spot.
