Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

With diverse techniques and fewer rules, MMA blends striking, sweeps, takedowns, and ground fighting for a complete combat training experience, helping you build strength, improve fitness, enhance coordination, and boost confidence while developing practical self-defense skills.

Kickboxing

Our Kickboxing blends Karate, Muay Thai, and Western boxing. Perfect for full-contact striking and Muay Thai’s “art of eight limbs” clinching, it delivers a dynamic, fun, and challenging workout that builds strength, skill, and confidence.

Cardio and  Fitness Boxing

45-minute Cardio and Fitness Boxing & Kickboxing class delivers a fun, low-impact workout suitable for all fitness levels. Boost endurance, strength, and coordination while learning basic techniques in a safe, supportive, and energetic environment that keeps you motivated and moving.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)

Join our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) Gi and No-Gi classes to master grappling, submissions, and ground control. Suitable for all levels, these classes build skill, strength, and confidence in a safe, engaging, and supportive training environment.
